Khalatati Honey Store Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Khalatati Honey Store. We are committed to your complete satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, there may be instances where you need to exchange or return a product. Below are the terms and policies governing this process:
🟢 أولًا: سياسة الاسترجاع
Due to the nature of our products (food and natural products), we only accept returns after receipt in the following cases:
If a product different from the original order was received.
If the product is damaged or expired upon receipt.
If the product arrives in an opened or visibly damaged package upon delivery.
In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos of the product and its packaging.
🟡 Second: Exchange Policy
Products can only be exchanged under the following conditions:
Receiving a product that does not match the specified requirements.
Damage resulting from shipping or storage before receipt.
يجب طلب الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام عمل من استلام الطلب، ويُشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية تمامًا.
Returns and Exchanges

Provide the order number along with photos showing the reason for the return or exchange.
After reviewing your request, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.
If approved, the product will be exchanged or refunded within 7 to 10 business days using the same payment method.
The store will cover shipping costs if the error is on our part. In other cases, shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
❌ Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products that have been opened or used.
Products purchased with discounts or as part of special offers.
Any product that has been stored or handled improperly after receipt.

We adhere to the standards of the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) in the storage and packaging of honey and natural products.
All exchanges and returns are carried out in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law No. (15) of 2020.
